Hampton Inn Canton

Absolutley shocked at my stay. The carpet smelled dirty, and the furniture was like something from a garage sale! I expected some special treatment for my troubles, but nope, just 'roll up a blanket' for a pillow. I nearly thought of leaving a good review, but I just couldn't! I deserve better, honestly.

Good food selection. The rooms with 2 double beds as well as nice amenities. Location so close to the Gulf Coast and the Arts/Crafts festival a printed directions to the Outlets and the beach.

Wi-Fi was fast and laundry facilities were useful. Rooms could use an update.

The hotel was well-kept and clean in general. Actually, the room was exceptionally clean and terrific with a sofa bed. The staff was amiable and a satisfactory breakfast was provided.

My King Room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with visible stains and an unpleasant odor lingering in the room. Despite my requests for extra amenities, I was disappointed to find one of the towels had a strange smell and was less than fresh. The breakfast area seemed understaffed, leading to a chaotic experience with missing items and long waits.

Recommend it for good stay but not cheap

The staff was friendly! But I also loved the neat breakfast area, it was great. Plus, I could use the microwave for my snacks, very convenient.
